Axibrium operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once you have enrolled in or purchased any internship program, course, or service from Axibrium, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except in cases of technical failures or service non-delivery as detailed in this policy.

This policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for all participants and to maintain the integrity of our internship programs. By proceeding with enrollment or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

No Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Transactions

Once you have successfully enrolled in or purchased any service from Axibrium, all payments are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Internship Enrollment Fees: Once you have enrolled in any internship program, the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
  • ID Card Purchase: The cost of the ID card, once purchased, cannot be refunded.
  • Course Materials: Access to course materials, projects, and resources is non-refundable.
  • Subscription Plans: All subscription plans and premium features are non-refundable once activated.
  • Certificates and Credentials: Certificates issued upon completion of the program are non-refundable.

Payment Gateway Rules & Compliance

All payments made through Axibrium are processed via authorized payment gateways including but not limited to Cashify, Razorpay, PayPal, and other secure payment platforms. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway.

Payment Gateway Compliance:

  • All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider.
  • Axibrium adheres to all relevant Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and data security regulations.
  • In case of payment disputes, the decision of the payment gateway provider will be final.
  • Axibrium is not responsible for any fees, charges, or levies imposed by your bank or payment gateway provider.

Chargeback Policy

Any unauthorized chargeback claims or payment reversals will result in immediate suspension of your account and access to all services provided. Axibrium reserves the right to pursue legal action against fraudulent claims.

Limited Exceptions

While our policy is strictly no-refund, there are very limited circumstances where we may consider exceptions:

1. Service Non-Delivery

If Axibrium fails to deliver the promised internship program or services, a full refund or alternative service may be provided at our discretion. Such claims must be reported within 7 days of enrollment.

2. Technical Failures

If a technical error on our platform results in duplicate charges or payment processing errors, we will investigate and provide a refund within 30 days upon verification.

3. Payment Gateway Errors

If the payment gateway processes a transaction in error (such as duplicate billing), we will work with the payment provider to resolve the issue and issue a refund if applicable.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the program content
  • • Personal circumstances or inability to complete the program
  • • Failure to meet program requirements or prerequisites
  • • Non-participation in program activities or sessions
  • • Program suspension due to violation of terms and conditions
